Good food quality and beautiful views of the mountains. Location was also convenient for us. We enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and cozy rooms with all the necessary amenities.

There were some major drawbacks as well. the staff did not seem interested in providing us with a comfortable stay.

Stayed here for Christmas, and enjoyed the stunning mountain views and cozy ambience. the hotel is located in a scenic spot near the valley, which added an extra charm to my holiday experience. the food offered in the hotel was absolutely delicious, and their pure vegetarian menu had a lot of variety.

The lack of maintenance at the hotel was disappointing, as I found the bathroom unclean and with broken fixtures. the room service staff could have been more experienced and professional.

The staff, especially Mr. Dipankar and the hotel manager, were extremely helpful and provided exemplary service throughout our stay. We were pleased with the prompt room service and the cleanliness of the hotel. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious and filling, providing a good start to our day.
